Booking
Studios, condominium, and hotels : a 50% deposit is mandatory upon booking, the booking must be paid at arrival.
A credit card number is also necessary for the booking. Consult a booking agent for more details.
Cancellation
Studios and condominiums: for a cancellation received less than 21 days before the arrival, the deposit or the amount of one night will be billed (the smaller amount of the two). For a cancellation received 7 days or less before the arrival day or if the customer doesn’t show up, 50% of the lodging fees will be charged.
Hotel : One night charge is applied on the credit card for any cancellation received less than 48 hours before the stay or if the customer doesn’t show up.
General conditions
The management can charge a supplement in the case of damage or long-distance calls. Animals are not accepted. All rates can change at any time. Rates don't include taxes.
