We strive to find the balance point between what our clients expect, which often entails innovations in our terrain parks, and our constant preoccupation for safety. With the opening of the XL Terrain Park and the newly established safety measures for the thrill-seekers, we are confidant we will meet our client’s expectations. Access to the XL parks is controlled and helmets are now mandatory in all of our parks, be it the Learning Park or the XL Park. Stoneham has also, in an industry-breaking initiative, replaced all of it’s jump stunts by street modules, including wall rides, rails, boxes and stairs. Our many endeavors in safety and prevention and the implementation of our new park policy has helped reduce injuries in our parks by over 60% during the 2007-2008 season.
Helmets mandatory even in learning parks:
Even though there is no controlled access in our learning parks, helmets are mandatory at all time.

School outings:
Access to our terrain parks is now permitted to all ‘’school program’’ outings. The encouraging results seen thanks to our new safety improvements allow us to permit access to our snow-parks. All participants of the school outing who wish to enter the XL park are subject to the same safety provisions that we require of all our guests.
