Reservation conditions for lodging and packages

Reservations

- Condo, hotel and packages: For each reservation a 250$ deposit or 50% of lodging costs will be charge on a credit card when you book. Total amount will have to be pay when you check-in.

Cancellations

- Condo, hotel and packages: For cancellations received 30 days or less from the date of arrival, the deposit will be restrained or the rate for a night will be charge ( the least expensive price of the two options). For cancellations 7 days prior to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show, 50% of lodging costs will be charged.

- Hotel: The cost for one night will be charged to credit cards for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show on the arrival date.

General conditions

Management reserves the right to require a security deposit to cover any possible property damages or long-distance phone calls.
