Reservation conditions for lodging and packages
Reservations
- Condos & Hotel: For each reservation a 250$ deposit or 50% of lodging costs will be charged on a credit card when you book. Total amount will have to be paid when you check-in.
Cancellations
- Condos: For cancellations received 30 days or less from the date of arrival, the deposit will be restrained. For cancellations 7 days prior to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show, 50% of lodging costs will be charged.
- Hotel: The cost for the entire stay will be charged to the credit card for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show on the arrival date.
General conditions
Management reserves the right to require a security deposit to cover any possible property damages or long-distance phone calls.
